Recently, Nanjing Guozhao Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. launched the latest 0.3-inch ultra-bright, low-power consumption full-color silicon-based OLED product "GZ030PCC01", and simultaneously launched a small array optical waveguide module.
According to reports, GZ030PCC01 has a maximum brightness of up to 10,000 cd/m2 and is suitable for a variety of AR optical technologies. It adopts a high-efficiency stacked OLED structure, which significantly improves photoelectric efficiency, and combines micro-lens technology to accurately guide light and improve the light concentration effect. The product adopts a new current-mode drive circuit architecture, which enables the 0.3-inch screen to achieve a high-definition resolution of 1280×720 and a pixel density exceeding 4800ppi.
GZ030PCC01 adopts an ultra-narrow bezel design with dimensions of only 8.02×7.22mm, making it easy to adapt to various optical solutions. The current-mode chip driver and stacked OLED device architecture enable the product to consume approximately 150mW at full load and the average operating power consumption is less than 120mW, effectively extending the battery life of AR glasses.
In order to meet end customer applications, Guozhao will simultaneously launch a 0.3-inch array waveguide optical module "GZ030MCC01". This product adopts a vertical waveguide structure and uses a multi-piece aspheric design to compress the volume. The FOV reaches 30°, the optical machine volume is less than 3CC, the overall weight is 10g, and the color eye brightness reaches 1000 cd/m2.
Compared with other solutions on the market, this module has the characteristics of color highlight, small size, low power consumption, and high cost performance, and is suitable for various AI/AR glasses terminal applications. At the same time, the company will also work with partners to provide lightweight AR complete ODM solutions.
According to data, Guozhao Optoelectronics focuses on providing micro-display products and overall solutions to global customers. Its core products, silicon-based OLED microdisplays and modules, are widely used in night vision observation, helmet displays, digital sights, AR/VR, EVF, FPV and other fields.
In the field of AR/VR, Guozhao launched the first high-resolution, monochrome highlight image source for AR helmet display in 2016 and successfully applied it; in 2022, it launched the first color highlight HD036 product for AR glasses application, with a brightness of 4000 cd/m2.
In recent years, as the company has improved its development and manufacturing capabilities in high-brightness devices, it has launched ultra-bright small-size products such as VGA020 and HD030 in 2024, with brightness exceeding 10,000 cd/m2. In 2025, the company will also mass-produce 4KUHD130 high-brightness products to provide more options for VR/XR helmet applications.
