With a total investment of 1.8 billion, the main construction of the first phase of Dacai Optoelectronics Southwest Project has been completed

Recently, Leshan announced that new progress has been made in the southwest semiconductor new display manufacturing base project invested and constructed by Zhejiang Dacai Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. The main construction of the first phase of the factory has been successfully completed, and the overall project is expected to be fully completed in August. The total investment of the project reaches 1.8 billion yuan, and the annual output value will reach 1 billion yuan after full production.

The project was officially signed and implemented by Shizhong District of Leshan City and Zhejiang Dacai Optoelectronics in February 2026. It only took two months from the initial acquisition of the project to the completion of the contract.

The project is located in Suji Town, Shizhong District, and plans to build a global advanced semiconductor display technology park integrating R&D and high-end manufacturing. At present, the first phase of factory building construction has been completed, and the subsequent equipment entry and production line commissioning phases will be entered, laying the foundation for the overall completion and production in August.

Dacai Optoelectronics has built a production process system covering all technical routes such as SMD, GOB, HOB, COB and MIP. Its products are widely used in indoor and outdoor commercial displays, engineering installations, stage rentals and high-end ultra-high definition and other diverse scenarios.

At present, Dacai Optoelectronics has deployed three super factory bases in the east, west, and south, with fully flexible automation adaptation capabilities from conventional standardized products to high-end precision products.

Recently, the company also announced the completion of Series B financing. All the funds raised will be used for the new expansion of the three bases and the upgrade of AI smart manufacturing to further enhance the mass production and delivery capabilities of all categories.

With the completion of the first phase of factory construction in Leshan, Dacai Optoelectronics is accelerating the layout of subsequent production lines. In the future, the Leshan base is expected to form synergy with the company's existing production capacity in the east and south, further consolidating its market position in all LED display categories.
