On May 30, Suzhou Daily reported that the construction of an electronic control system project for automobile LED lights with an annual output of 1 million units invested and constructed by Suzhou Hanruisen Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. officially started in Mudu Town, Wuzhong District, Suzhou City.
The total land area of the project is approximately 7,519 square meters, and the total planned construction area exceeds 25,000 square meters. It is planned to build two new production plants and build supporting roads, greening, power supply and distribution facilities. After the project reaches full production, it will have an annual production capacity of 1 million sets of LED lighting electronic control systems.
According to the project filing information, the construction period of the production base is about two years, with a total investment scale of 300 million yuan. The factory will introduce a series of automated production and testing equipment such as inkjet printers, laser engraving machines, solder paste printing machines, high-speed placement machines, reflow ovens, AOI testing equipment, X-RAY testing equipment, ICT testing equipment, depanel machines and FCT testing equipment to build a complete manufacturing chain from patch welding, depanel processing to functional testing.
The product is mainly oriented to automotive LED headlight electronic control systems and belongs to the manufacturing category of automotive parts and accessories. It does not involve restricted or obsolete process equipment. The overall technical route is highly consistent with the current development trend of automotive electronics and intelligence.
