Unilumin Technology plans to sign a 180 million yuan contract

On April 21, Unilumin Technology released a daily related-party transaction announcement. According to the announcement, the company expects to carry out daily related transactions in material procurement with Shenzhen Zhuoxunhui Plastic Products Co., Ltd. and Huizhou Zhuochuang Weiye Industrial Co., Ltd. from January 1 to December 31, 2026, with a total estimated transaction amount of 180 million yuan.

Among them, the purchase amount of LED display plastic masks and bottom cases from Zhuo Xunhui is estimated to be 90 million yuan, and the purchase amount of LED display cabinets from Zhuo Chuang Weiye is estimated to be 90 million yuan.

In addition, combined with the company's business development and daily operating needs, Unilumin Technology also disclosed that it is expected that from January 1 to December 31, 2025, the cumulative amount of daily operating related transactions with Zhuo Xunhui will not exceed 60 million yuan, and the amount of similar transactions with Zhuo Chuangweiye will not exceed 80 million yuan. The above-mentioned relevant proposals have been reviewed by the company's audit committee and special meetings of independent directors.

Unilumin Technology stated that the above-mentioned related-party transactions follow market pricing principles and are required for the company's normal production and operations, which will help to leverage the synergistic advantages of both parties in terms of product quality and services and achieve resource complementarity.
