Two LED companies completed a new round of financing

Recently, many companies in the LED field have made frequent financing moves. Among them, Huayuan Zhixin Semiconductor announced the completion of over 100 million yuan in financing, and Beijing Haochen Ruixiang Technology also successfully completed an angel round of financing of 10 million yuan.

Huayuan Zhixin completed over 100 million yuan in financing

According to information released by Huayuan Zhixin’s official WeChat account, Huayuan Zhixin Semiconductor (HYASIC) has recently completed over 100 million yuan in financing. This round of financing was jointly invested by Shandong New Kinetic Energy, Xinlian Capital, Ceyuan Capital, and Sichuan Tianfu Xinyun Digital Fund.

Huayuan Zhixin is mainly engaged in business related to analog power digitization. Its products cover AC/DC, USB PD, DC-DC PMIC and Mini/Micro LED backlight driver, etc. The application scenarios include consumer electronics, industrial and automotive fields.

In terms of new display business, Huayuan Zhixin is one of the earliest companies to achieve mass production of AM Mini LED driver chips. It has laid out the RGB AM Mini/Micro LED technology route and launched an integrated light display LSIP module solution. The company holds patents related to AM Mini LED display terminals and has corresponding technical accumulation in high-zoning control, fine dimming, system integration, etc. At the same time, the company has built an independent BCD process development platform to achieve synergy between power management and display driver technology.

In terms of financing history, Huayuan Zhixin has completed multiple rounds of financing since 2019. Investors include Walden International, Hushan Capital, Transsion Investment, CVTE, The Link Ventures, Xiaomi Technology, Qingkong Financial Capital and other institutions and industry parties. In 2024, the company completed a Series C financing of 150 million yuan. After the completion of this financing, its capital structure will be further enriched.

The financing funds will be used for Huayuan Zhixin’s technology research and development and product upgrade in the field of Mini/Micro LED display driver chips, while also supporting the company’s business expansion in related markets.

Beijing Haochen Ruixiang Technology Co., Ltd. completed 10 million yuan in angel round financing

Recently, Beijing Haochen Ruixiang Technology Co., Ltd. completed 10 million yuan in angel round financing. The funds are planned to be used for LED smart lighting product iteration, energy-saving service capability improvement, domestic and overseas market expansion, and the intelligent transformation of the two major production bases in Shenzhen and Foshan.

The company was established in 2013 with a registered capital of 58 million yuan. It is mainly engaged in the research and development, production, sales and intelligent lighting system services of LED lighting products. Its products cover four series of commercial, office, outdoor and industrial lighting.

In terms of overseas business, the company plans to develop the markets of the five Central Asian countries with Kazakhstan as the core, and also expand the markets of Japan, South Korea and the Middle East. It will connect with customers through local exhibitions, industry associations and partners, and promote intelligent lighting and energy-saving solutions.

In order to match market expansion needs, the company plans to increase investment in its two production bases in Shenzhen and Foshan, including expanding R&D personnel and adding automated production lines and testing equipment to improve production capacity and production technology. The company said it will improve the performance of its products in terms of light efficiency, service life and intelligent control through research and development and manufacturing.
