It now has three major product lines: intelligent power supply, LED controller, and smart home. On December 6, 2022, Lite Technology officially registered on the Beijing Stock Exchange. At that time, the Beijing Stock Exchange announced that the issuance price of Lite Technology was 20 yuan per share, the number of publicly issued shares was 6 million shares, and the total amount of funds raised was 120 million yuan.

It is reported that Lite Technology originally planned to raise 138 million yuan for LED controller and intelligent power supply expansion construction projects and R&D center construction projects. Among them, the LED controller and smart power supply expansion construction project will expand the production of LED controllers and smart power supplies. After completion, it can achieve an annual output of 500,000 LED controllers and 3.5 million smart power supplies.

In terms of technology, Lite Technology currently has mastered many core technologies in the industry such as embedded software and multiple algorithm control technologies, T-PWM ultra-deep dimming technology, long-distance data transmission technology, automatic signal identification technology and compatibility technology, multi-type and multi-zone management and control technology, wireless lighting synchronization control methods and timing activation control methods.

The patent abstract shows that the present invention proposes a high-voltage LED controller with an output short-circuit protection function, which is characterized in that it includes: an MCU, a power supply circuit, a dimming processing circuit and a protection circuit. The protection circuit is arranged between the MCU and the dimming processing circuit, and is directed to all The MCU feedbacks whether the output end of the dimming processing circuit is short-circuited. If so, the MCU turns off its own RGB signal output and can quickly respond to the short-circuit condition at the output end to achieve protection. The circuit structure of the present invention is simple, practical and effective, and is suitable for promotion and use in LED controllers.

In terms of performance, in 2022, Lite Technology achieved operating income of 173 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.85%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 39.1876 million yuan. In the first three quarters of 2023, Lite Technology achieved operating income of 121 million yuan and net profit attributable to the parent company of 24.4574 million yuan.
