Huace Film and Television signed a strategic cooperation with Rokid to jointly build an AR/AI content ecosystem

On March 16, at the 30th Hong Kong International Film and Television Exhibition "Co-creation and Sharing·Integrated Vision" International Communication Forum, Zhejiang Huace Film and Television Co., Ltd. and smart glasses company Rokid signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

According to the agreement, the two parties will cooperate in content creation, technology application and consumer-side integration, and explore the immersive and interactive development of film and television IP. Huace Film and Television will use its IP resources to achieve an immersive audio-visual experience through Rokid smart glasses terminals. Rokid will provide AR/AI technical support, including spatial computing, real-time rendering, etc., and conduct joint exploration in intelligent hardware, interactive experience and technical standards.

This cooperation aims to build a full-chain closed loop of "IP → Content → Terminal → User → Monetization", and expand the diversified application scenarios of film and television IP in immersive experience, interactive content, virtual performances and derivatives development. The two parties have reached a preliminary cooperation framework on specific directions such as content ecological co-construction, brand linkage promotion, IP derivative development and technology feedback production.

In the future, both parties plan to try immersive development in major film and television works. For example, in the historical drama "The Year of Peace" produced by Huace Film and Television, viewers may obtain an 8K-level immersive experience through smart glasses, realize spatial audio and environmental interaction, and interact with the plot through gestures or voice, exploring new paths for IP cross-media development.
