Display materials company Runjing Technology completed strategic financing of 350 million yuan

On July 8, Haike Group announced that its holding company Zhenjiang Runjing High Purity Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Runjing Technology") successfully completed a new round of financing totaling RMB 350 million.

This financing was led by the Strategic Investment Department of Haike Group, and was jointly completed by strategic investors such as Kunqiao Capital, a semiconductor industry investor, SDIC Chuanghe Fund Management Co., Ltd. under SDIC, Shangqi Capital, a private equity investment platform under SAIC Motor, and Fujian Industrial Equity Investment Co., Ltd.

According to data, Runjing Technology focuses on providing high-purity wet electronic chemicals R&D, production, sales and services for high-end manufacturing industries such as semiconductors and display panels. It provides one-stop solutions for electronic chemicals for global leading companies such as Samsung, BOE, TCL CSOT, Huike, TSMC, and CX Storage, and is a core material supplier in this field.

It is worth mentioning that in order to further strengthen its own strength, Runjing Technology acquired two subsidiaries of Sumitomo Chemical in 2024 - Sumika Electronic Materials Technology (Hefei) Co., Ltd. and Sumika Electronic Materials Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd.

Runjing Technology stated that through this acquisition, the company can inherit the technical advantages and business system of Sumitomo Chemical Group, quickly expand its product portfolio (such as etching fluids, stripping fluids, CF developers), and provide customers with multi-variety overall supply solutions, thus improving Runjing Technology's competitiveness in China's wet electronic chemical market.
