Two major LED projects in Jiangxi and Guizhou advance production capacity construction

Recently, LED industry projects in Jiangxi and Guizhou have accelerated production capacity construction: the second phase expansion of the Jiangxi Xiangyi New Materials Mini LED industry chain project has been launched, focusing on the high-end display market; the LED Industrial Park production line of Guizhou Yuhui Electronic Industry Investment Co., Ltd. maintains full operation at full capacity.

Jiangxi Xiangyi New Materials Mini LED industry chain project expands production

According to Ganzhou Radio and Television Station, the intelligent production line has been put into operation in the clean workshop of the Mini LED industry chain project of Jiangxi Xiangyi New Materials Co., Ltd. The company is advancing the second phase of its production expansion project, deploying high-end markets such as Mini LED displays, and achieving industrial chain coverage from upstream materials to terminal applications.

According to the "Longnan Release" report, the project is invested and constructed by Jiangxi Xiangyi Dingsheng Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary Jiangxi Xiangyi New Materials Co., Ltd. It will start construction in February 2025 and go into production in December, with a total investment of 800 million yuan and a factory building area of 61,000 square meters. It covers two production lines of metal-based copper-clad laminates and Mini LED, achieving independent matching of core materials for Mini LED backlight products. After full production, the annual output value is expected to exceed 2 billion yuan and the tax revenue will exceed 40 million yuan.

According to Lin Jingbo, deputy general manager of Jiangxi Xiangyi Dingsheng Co., Ltd., the company's products are supplied to Samsung, Sony, LG, Hisense, TCL, Xiaomi and other companies, and are used in TV, car display and other fields. The company has obtained a total of 75 patents, including 27 invention patents and 48 utility model patents.

Guizhou Yuhui LED industrial line is operating at full capacity

According to Guizhou Daily Tianyan News, in the Guiyang Nanzhi Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, the three major factory production lines of Guizhou Yuhui Electronic Industry Investment Co., Ltd. are operating at full capacity, and workers are conducting equipment monitoring, component testing, and assembly and debugging in an orderly manner.

Guizhou Yuhui Electronics Industry Investment Co., Ltd.’s new optoelectronic display industry chain park project is a key contract signing project in China’s industrial transfer and development docking activities in 2024, with a total investment of 1.218 billion yuan and a factory area of 74,000 square meters, covering R&D, production, investment, operation and sales. The company's three manufacturing factories focus on the R&D and production of COB light strips, Mini/Micro LED displays and IC chips respectively.

Hu Lixin, director of the company, said that so far, sales this year have reached close to 100 million yuan. Relying on products such as LED COB light strips, LED display modules and display driver ICs, the company plans to exceed 200 million yuan in sales in the first quarter. In order to ensure production, the company will maintain continuous operation during the Spring Festival.
