TCL Huarui Lighting LED smart optoelectronics project goes into production

On January 18, TCL Huarui Lighting’s housewarming celebration was held in Huizhou, Guangdong. The LED smart optoelectronic project with a total investment of approximately 400 million yuan was officially put into production and is expected to achieve an annual output value of 2 billion yuan.

According to reports, the newly completed TCL Huarui Lighting LED Intelligent Optoelectronics New Industrial Park covers an area of approximately 42,000 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 70,000 square meters. It integrates R&D, intelligent manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, and smart parks. It is a modern, intelligent, digital, high-efficiency, and environmentally friendly comprehensive park. It is committed to becoming an intelligent manufacturing demonstration base and product research and development highland for LED backlight and LED healthy intelligent lighting production.

Currently, TCL Huarui Lighting’s new LED smart optoelectronics industrial park has been officially put into operation, adding 8 high-speed production lines and upgrading 17 original production lines. After the transformation, the SMD packaging workshop has a daily production capacity of 10 million units, the SMT workshop has a daily production capacity of more than 160,000 units, and the lighting workshop can produce about 20,000 sets of various light sources and lamps every day, further increasing the company's production capacity and meeting the growing business market demand.

According to data, TCL Huarui Lighting was formed in 2018 by the merger of TCL Lighting and Huarui Light Source, a subsidiary of TCL Group. The company is committed to developing advanced Micro LED display, MiniLED backlight and display and other component businesses, as well as green lighting and smart lighting industries.

TCL Huarui Lighting has strategically laid out the entire industry chain platform of "packaging + backlight module + application lighting" in the LED field.
