On May 11, Korean media nate announced that TCL CSOT’s 8.6-generation printed OLED production line has recently begun placing orders with a number of OLED equipment manufacturers, including Korean companies.

Among them, companies such as ICD and YAS have signed supply contracts with TCL CSOT and have begun producing related equipment. According to reports, companies such as DMS and Avaco have also basically locked in equipment orders.

First of all, ICD recently disclosed through an announcement that it has signed an equipment supply contract with TCL CSOT worth 41.3 billion won. The amount is equivalent to 20.96% of its sales last year, and the equipment delivery will be completed before January 25 next year. It is reported that ICD will be responsible for the manufacturing and supply of dry etching machines.

YAS also recently announced that it has signed a supply contract with TCL Huaxing. The evaporation machines it is responsible for producing will be delivered before December 31 next year, but the specific amount has not been disclosed due to commercial secrets.

Although the contract has not yet been officially signed, it is said that DMS and AVACO have also confirmed the supply.
