Lite-On's April revenue increased by 26.55% year-on-year, with optoelectronics business accounting for nearly 20%

Lite-On Technology announced on the 8th that global consolidated revenue for April this year (2025) was 13.408 billion yuan (NT$, the same below), a monthly increase of 0.41% and an annual increase of 26.55%; the cumulative consolidated revenue for the first four months was 49.825 billion yuan, an annual increase of 26.56%.

Lite-On said that driven by the growth in revenue from power management systems such as cloud computing, high-end servers, and Netcom, revenue in April increased by 27% year-on-year. Among them, the revenue of the three major departments of optoelectronics, cloud and Internet of Things, information and consumer electronics all increased year-on-year.

Lite-On Technology pointed out that the revenue from the optoelectronics department accounted for 19% in April; among them, the shipment growth of high-end optocoupler products, invisible light sensing applications, and the shipment of Mini LED in the new generation of e-sports PCs and mobile phones drove the overall optoelectronics revenue to increase by nearly 10% year-on-year.

As for the cloud and IoT department’s revenue, it accounted for 43%; among them, shipments of cloud computing, high-end servers, Netcom and other power management systems were booming, driving the cloud and IoT department’s revenue to increase by nearly 50% year-on-year. The information and consumer electronics department's revenue accounted for 38%; benefiting from product portfolio optimization and application market diversification, shipments of high-end power supplies, low-orbit satellite power supplies, game console power supplies and smart input devices grew, and the information and consumer electronics department grew by more than 15% year-on-year.
