Lianjia Optoelectronics, a major automotive LED module manufacturer, plans to hold a regular shareholder meeting on Thursday (29th). Chairman Huang Guoxin stated in the latest shareholder report that the management team has accelerated the adjustment of action strategies and will continue to focus on two specific goals to promote steady revenue growth and consolidate the company's position in the automotive optoelectronics industry.
Huang Guoxin pointed out that the company continues to delve into the two niche markets of automotive LED light sources and modules. Lianjia not only maintains a leading position in the field of traditional automotive lighting, but also invests a lot of resources in the development of high-end and innovative applications in recent years. For example, the UniFlex Linear II slim LED light source module with uniform light emission, bendability and driveable sensing characteristics has been favored by international customers for its advantages in headlight and taillight applications, and is expected to continue to inject revenue in the future.
Huang Guoxin said that with the increasing demand for intelligent interior decoration and human-machine interface interaction in electric vehicles, high-end sensors and display components play a key role and are expected to become an important driver of the company's revenue in the next two to three years. In particular, Mini LED direct display modules are expected to be introduced into the automotive market in the future, and may even be explored.

Looking forward to 2025, Lianjia has set clear operational goals, striving to achieve annual performance and profit growth of more than 20%, with the vision of becoming "the world's leading supplier of innovative light sources for automobiles". The company will continue to deepen its research and development in the field of LED automotive light sources and actively develop products related to electric vehicles and self-driving cars, including LED car light modules, LED intelligent light modules, and Mini LED modules for interior and exterior atmosphere display in cars.
In terms of production line layout, Lianjia is actively adjusting its global production strategy in response to geopolitics and customer requirements. Huang Guoxin revealed that the construction progress of the Mexican factory has attracted much attention. It is expected to complete the factory construction and start equipment verification in July this year, and plans to officially ship in 2026. The factory will not only effectively disperse geopolitical risks, but will also be put into mass production of high-end automotive LED modules and sensor products. It is expected to bring considerable contributions to the company's revenue and strengthen Lianjia's competitive advantage in the global automotive supply chain.
In addition, Lianjia is gradually transforming into a holding group, and each subsidiary will perform its own duties, including Lianjia Optoelectronics (Taiwan) focusing on non-automotive LED applications and panels;
The US subsidiary EOI focuses on automotive LED and electronic parts modules and promotes listing; Jiayuan Company introduces an AI team to develop edge AI computing power center; and Ultimate Catering Company sets up immersive virtual reality catering as an application outlet for LED panels. Through cross-sector layout, Lianjia aims to open up a new blue ocean for growth and achieve the group's goal of diversified operations. (Source: Taiwan Economic Daily)
