Ledman Optoelectronics: MicroLED Pixel Engine Patent (PSE) has been authorized by many overseas invention patents

When answering questions from investors on an interactive platform, Ledman Optoelectronics stated that Ledman Micro LED Pixel Engine Patent (PSE) started its overseas layout as early as five years ago. It has now obtained invention patent authorizations from Japan, Australia, Canada and other countries, and authorization work in other countries is also in progress. The company is starting international litigation proceedings against the patent infringement of individual peers in key overseas markets.

According to reports, Ledman Micro LED pixel engine technology is a technology first released by Ledman Optoelectronics in the industry in 2020. This technology has carried out a series of disruptive innovations in Micro LED pixel arrangement and AI algorithms, which has effectively solved the contradiction between reducing the cost of Micro LED display products and improving display resolution, laying a good foundation for Micro LED display products to be accepted by more users. It has been widely used in many COB display products of Ledman Optoelectronics. This technology has also won the "2021 ISLE Annual Science and Technology Achievement Award".

It is reported that using Micro LED pixel engine display technology, only one-third of the number of light-emitting chips (G sub-pixels) can be increased, and the resolution can theoretically be increased by as much as four times. This also means that the cost of the light-emitting chip of a 4K Micro LED display using pixel engine display technology is theoretically only one-third of that of existing technology.

According to Ledman Optoelectronics, the company invests a lot of manpower and material resources in the development of LED display technology every year. It has a broad patent layout for LED-related products and has accumulated hundreds of patents at home and abroad. The patented technology covers the structure, packaging, substrate, pixel arrangement, control, interaction and other aspects of Micro LED display products, further improving the technological content of Ledman Optoelectronics' Micro LED ultra-high-definition display products.
