LED display EMS company Dacai Optoelectronics completed Series B financing

On May 22, Zhejiang Dacai Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (GKC), a full-category LED display EMS factory, announced that it had officially completed Series B financing and all funds have been in place. All funds from this round will be used for the construction and expansion of the three super factories in the west, east and south, as well as AI smart manufacturing upgrades to further enhance the mass production capabilities of all categories.

From the perspective of business structure, GKC is positioned as an LED display EMS manufacturing service provider. It has three super factory bases in the east, west and south, covering major process routes such as SMD, GOB/HOB, COB and MIP. It provides OEM and supply chain services from manufacturing to delivery for commercial display, engineering display, leasing and high-end small-pitch application fields.

This round of financing will be earmarked to promote the overall layout and capacity upgrade of the three major factories in the country, which mainly includes two aspects:

In terms of production capacity expansion, GKC will upgrade the SMD standardized mass production lines and GOB/HOB standardized mass production lines of the three major factories, expand COB and MIP high-end precision production lines, achieve large-scale production of conventional products and normalized mass production of high-end products, build a fully flexible automated adaptation system covering large and small orders, and improve overall delivery capabilities.

In terms of intelligent manufacturing, the three major super factories have fully implemented AI visual quality inspection, digital management and control, intelligent production scheduling and intelligent warehousing systems to realize intelligentization and visualization of the entire production process, improving product consistency and delivery stability.
