★Leyard: Micro LED business target revenue this year is 400 million yuan, double next year
On November 13, Leyard said that Micro LED is the company's key business. This year's target revenue is 400 million yuan, and next year it will reach 800 million yuan. At the same time, production capacity will continue to expand. The Micro LED products now launched by Leyard cost only 1/4 to 1/5 of the original ones. If research and development goes well, Leyard will launch lower-cost Micro LEDs next year.
★Xinruida, Hisense, and Seoul Semiconductor jointly build a laboratory to develop Mini LED, etc.
According to news on November 15, Xinruida stated on the interactive platform that in order to promote the advancement of advanced display and optical technologies in the new display industry, including MiniLED, the company recently signed an agreement with Hisense Vision and Seoul Semiconductor to build a joint laboratory. With the official conclusion of the cooperation, the three parties are expected to jointly further improve the performance of Mini LED and continue to make breakthroughs in the research and development of Micro LED and other display technologies.
★Gaoke Huaye: The MLED COB project will be fully mass-produced in early December
On November 14, Gaoke Huaye revealed that the company's MLED COB project with a total investment of 6 billion yuan was officially launched at the end of March this year. A 16,000-square-meter clean production workshop has been built, and the production equipment has been put in place and is in the debugging stage. It is expected that the project will be fully put into production in early December this year, and it will become the largest LED production base in China.
★With a total investment of 254 million yuan, Huapu Yongsheng Intelligent Lighting Manufacturing Headquarters Project started construction
According to news on November 14, the Yuntong Intelligent Lighting Production Headquarters Base Project with a total investment of 254 million yuan has started construction in Gongshu District, Hangzhou, and the project will become the national headquarters of Huapu Yuntong. After the project is completed, it will focus on areas such as smart lighting and smart factories, with products covering application fields such as LED outdoor lighting, industrial lighting and special lighting.
★CVTE plans to invest 4.2 billion yuan to build a global headquarters and develop commercial display and other technologies
On November 14, CVTE announced that it plans to invest 4.2 billion yuan to build a global headquarters base. The project will build the R&D office building and experimental center required for the R&D center, information center, and supply chain center of CVTE’s global headquarters, and carry out technology pre-research and product development in the fields of commercial display and audio and video equipment, computing equipment, power electronics, robots, and artificial intelligence.
★With a total investment of approximately 5 billion yuan, the Hanbo Optoelectronics Production Base Project was signed.
On November 14, Hanbo Optoelectronics Production Base signed a contract with Qingdao, Shandong Province. The total investment of the project is 5 billion yuan. It is the core supporting project of Qingdao BOE module factory. The project plans to build a comprehensive production base for display materials, and the products will be widely used in automotive, industrial control and other terminal consumer products.
★Lianyu Optoelectronics was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, raising 754 million yuan
On November 9, Lianyu Optoelectronics was listed on the main board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, issuing 18.3 million shares at an issue price of 41.18 yuan, and raising 754 million yuan. The funds raised will be invested in intelligent lighting production headquarters base projects, R&D center construction projects and supplementary working capital. The base projects focus on special lighting and other fields.
★De'Longhi Laser announced the acquisition of Corning Laser of Germany
According to news on November 14, De'Longhi Laser announced that it plans to purchase Corning International's 100% equity and partial assets of German Corning Laser for no more than 15 million euros. It is reported that German Corning Laser has innovative laser glass cutting and drilling technology, and has accumulated a series of core technologies in AR, Micro LED display, and glass through-hole processes.
