Recently, two intelligent interactive display industry chain companies, Honghe Technology and Chenzhan Optoelectronics, have successively disclosed their 2025 financial reports.

Honghe Technology

Honghe Technology's main business is based on the education technology industry and extends to the field of commercial intelligent interaction. It is a provider of intelligent interactive display products and solutions. It currently owns the domestic smart education brand "HiteVision" and the well-known overseas interactive display brand "Newline".

In 2025, the company achieved revenue of 3.238 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 8.13%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 51.7655 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 76.67%.

Honghe Technology stated that during the reporting period, the current global market demand differentiation, supply chain cost fluctuations and intensified industry competition have brought multiple pressures to operations. The company fully integrates into the product ecosystem through AI technology to achieve full-scenario empowerment of education; its overseas business adheres to the dual-wheel drive of "consolidation of mature markets + development of emerging regions" to optimize regional layout and enhance operational resilience; the supply chain significantly improves its risk resistance through strategic material preparation and localization substitution; at the same time, the company introduced Ruicheng Fund as the controlling shareholder and successfully completed the change of control, injecting new momentum into corporate governance upgrades and long-term development.

In 2025, Chenzhan Optoelectronics achieved revenue of 2.52 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.86%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 194 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.24%.

According to data, Chenzhan Optoelectronics is a commercial human-computer interaction intelligent terminal solution provider, committed to providing customers with full-process services such as R&D, design, production and after-sales technical support for intelligent interactive industrial computers, intelligent interactive displays and other products. The company's product forms include touch all-in-one computers, touch displays, large digital billboards, various intelligent self-service terminals and embedded modules.

Chenzhan Optoelectronics stated that during the reporting period, the company's ODM business segment relied on its good R&D technical capabilities, solution design capabilities and global manufacturing layout. On the one hand, it adjusted its market strategy and actively tapped the market demand of core customers in North America while maintaining orders from European customers to achieve growth in North American business. On the other hand, it integrated resources and went all out to successfully achieve mass production and delivery of new digital board products.

The MicroTouch™ brand business has continued to improve its global sales network, especially in Southeast Asia, achieving breakthroughs in many new markets such as India; it has successfully entered the supply chains of many leading North American chain catering giants, and its brand influence and market reputation have increased significantly. In 2025, its revenue growth rate will exceed 40%, and its contribution proportion continues to rise.

In the vehicle display business, revenue scale has achieved positive growth. At the same time, with the increase in production capacity and optimization of operational efficiency of the Thai factory, cost reduction and efficiency increase were significant, and both gross profit margin and net profit margin were improved.

At present, the Thai factory has the ability to undertake orders from global customers in the three major business sectors. Production capacity continues to increase, and quality control and cost control capabilities are simultaneously improved. In addition, the company is accelerating the construction of the global manufacturing system. The Xiamen Huli factory and Xinglin company have completed personnel integration, and the second factory in Thailand has also entered the plant purchase and construction planning stage.
