335 million yuan, Silicon Power Co., Ltd. received an order for Mini/Micro LED equipment from Zhaochi

On April 26, Silicone Semiconductor Equipment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. announced that the company had recently officially signed a "Fixed Asset Procurement Contract" with Jiangxi Zhaochi Semiconductor Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Zhaochi Crystal Display Co., Ltd. respectively.

The total amount of the contract signed this time reached RMB 335,286,645 (tax included). This revenue accounted for 80.05% of Silicon Power's audited operating revenue in 2025 and is expected to have a significant positive impact on the company's future financial status and operating results.

As the supplier of this contract, Silicon Power Co., Ltd. is a domestic supplier of semiconductor special equipment. The company has long been committed to the R&D, production and sales of semiconductor testing equipment, and has deep technical accumulation in the field of precision testing equipment such as probe stations.

In recent years, as display technology has evolved towards ultra-high definition and miniaturization, Silicon Power has actively deployed in the Mini/Micro LED field to provide high-precision and high-efficiency chip testing and sorting solutions.

The purchasers are Zhaochi Semiconductor and Zhaochi Crystal Display. Both companies are important subsidiaries of Zhaochi Co., Ltd., a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Among them, Zhaochi Semiconductor is located in the Nanchang High-tech Development Zone in Jiangxi Province. It is mainly engaged in the design and production of semiconductor materials and devices, electronic materials and semiconductor lighting equipment. It is the core position of Zhaochi Co., Ltd. in the upstream field of semiconductors.

It is worth noting that recently, Zhaochi Semiconductor announced plans to expand production by nearly 50%, increasing monthly production capacity from 1.1 million pieces to 1.6 million pieces (4-inch pieces). The new production capacity will focus on high-value tracks such as Mini/Micro LED, automotive, and plant lighting.

Jiangxi Zhaochi Crystal Display Co., Ltd. focuses on the manufacturing of display devices, communication equipment and electronic components. It is currently the world's largest COB panel factory, with a production capacity of 25,000 square meters per month in 2025.

The subject matter of the contract signed this time is mainly semiconductor testing equipment. It is understood that this batch of equipment will be mainly used for testing smaller-sized, higher-precision Mini/Micro LED chips.

Silicon Power said that the signing of this contract is not only an important breakthrough for the company in the Mini/Micro LED business field, but will also help enhance the company's market competitiveness and brand influence.
