On the evening of March 4, Xiamen Cinda (000701) announced that the company's holding subsidiary Fujian Cinda Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. ("Fujian Optoelectronics") recently received 30 million yuan in partial science and technology subsidy funds allocated by the Fujian Quanzhou (Hutou) Optoelectronics Industrial Park Management Committee.
According to the preferential measures in the "Cinda Optoelectronics LED Packaging and Application Product Project Investment and Cooperation Agreement" signed between Xiamen Cinda Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Cinda Optoelectronics") and the People's Government of Anxi County, Fujian Province, the Anxi County Government of Fujian Province will grant Fujian Optoelectronics Company three technology subsidies of 60 million yuan. According to the progress of the project, Fujian Optoelectronics Company has received a partial science and technology subsidy of 30 million yuan.
The company stated that the above amounts will be recorded in non-operating income in 2014.
