Taking on-site dispatchers as an example, in scenarios involving video conferencing, online and offline collaborative dispatching of audio and video is difficult and the operation process is cumbersome, which usually relies on professional conference control personnel. At the same time, the coordinated operation of multiple terminal devices further increases the complexity of the system.

Even in a small conference room scenario, the overall solution is still highly integrated. The system not only involves centralized control of equipment, but also covers multiple subsystems such as audio and video scheduling, and needs to form an integrated solution.

In addition, on-site wiring involves multiple types of cables such as audio cables, network cables, and control cables, with complex structures; the delivery and debugging process also requires high professional capabilities.
