Tongtai Electronics, a listed flexible board manufacturer, pointed out on the 17th that Tongtai has reached the Mini LED level in two batches The huge volume of backlight shipments has been achieved, and further shipments will be made this year to meet market demand.

Tongtai has spent more than 2 years investing in R&D to develop boards suitable for Mini LEDs. The developed Mini LED substrates are suitable for mass transfer. Tongtai’s director pointed out that customers can obtain LED production yields of more than 99.9% using Tongtai electronic substrates. Mini LED light source mass transfer substrates have been shipped in two batches in November last year and March this year, each shipped 1 Thousands of pieces, and the client’s terminal application lies in the e-sports screen with high added value.

The director of Tongtai emphasized that the Mini LED substrate developed by Tongtai has patented technology and material design, and is suitable for mass transfer applications. It is estimated that it still has a technological lead among the soft board industry. Currently, the market demand is gradually increasing. It has no intention of stimulating the growth of orders with price cuts. Instead, it uses technology leadership to obtain higher profits.

Currently, Tongtai Electronics, a flexible board factory invested by Xinxing Electronics and Taiwan Watch Technology, mainly produces niche products. The NFC + wireless charging soft boards delivered to Korean mobile phone manufacturers and the Mini LED substrates that have been developed and shipped are the focus of the market.
