It is reported that Xuxian's future Micro LED 4K large screen is the world's first true Micro LED thin film chip (removing the native substrate) MiP direct display 4K large screen. Through chip miniaturization technology, native substrate removal technology, massive transfer technology, semiconductor fan-out packaging and testing technology, etc., it truly applies true Micro technology and Micro size chips (unilateral 30um chips) to actual mass-produced display products.
Through innovative optical process structure design and light mixing technology, Xuxian Future has achieved a screen peak brightness of >1000nits and a color gamut coverage of >115% NTSC for this MicroLED product. The brightness viewing angle is about ~180°, the brightness uniformity is >98.5%, the chromaticity unevenness (Δu’v’) is <0.001, and the ink color consistency (ΔE)=0.19.
