The total investment exceeds 1 billion! Tianma will set up a module factory in Thailand

Recently, Shenzhen Tianma pointed out in the announcement of the resolution of the 30th meeting of the 10th board of directors that the board of directors unanimously approved the "Proposal on Investment and Construction of a Factory in Thailand."



Shenzhen Tianma said that in order to better implement the company's development strategy, the board of directors agreed to establish two subsidiaries in Singapore and set up subsidiaries in Thailand through the two Singapore subsidiaries. The Thai subsidiary will invest in the construction of a Thai factory, mainly engaged in the production and manufacturing of display modules.

The total investment amount of the project is 1.08 billion yuan (or equivalent in foreign currency, the same below), of which the company invested 540 million yuan with its own funds and 540 million yuan from bank loans of its Thai subsidiary.
