The lighting fixtures of the cross-river bridge in the main city of Chongqing will be upgraded

According to reports, the design unit of this LED lighting upgrade project is the Beijing Tsinghua University Planning and Design Institute. The overall project follows the principles of "elegance and elegance, leading technology" and the idea of ​​"reduction, addition, modification, and connection", and ultimately achieves the "four major improvements" of overall effect, energy conservation and environmental protection, linkage control, and convenient maintenance. The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Lighting Bureau said that this project has three major highlights. The first is "dividing the river and using up the light". The bridges and barges on the Yangtze River use LED warm-color lights, while the bridges and barges on the Jialing River use LED cold-color lights. This cold-warm contrast creates a more pleasing and vibrant city night scene. The second is to adopt two LED lighting control modes: daily and holiday. The daily mode mainly displays the structural characteristics of the bridge to achieve a "quiet and elegant" effect; the festival mode mainly displays the color rhythm of the lights to reflect the effect of a "vibrant river city". The third is energy conservation and emission reduction. This project will eliminate 12,600 sets of high-energy-consuming traditional light sources and install 28,500 new sets of LED energy-saving lamps and other new light sources. The total power will be reduced by 1,332 kilowatts, which can save energy consumption by approximately 2.38 million degrees per year, equivalent to a carbon emission reduction of 1,801 tons.

At present, all the old lamps on the Huanghuayuan Bridge, Shibanpo Bridge, Jiahua Bridge and other bridges have been removed, and the progress of the remaining bridges is relatively smooth. If there is no continuous rain, several bridges will gradually light up new lamps at the end of this month.

Shibanpo Yangtze River Bridge (including double-track bridge) - symbiosis of ancient and modern times

Current situation: The characteristics of the bridge itself are not clear, the new and old bridges have adhering landscape effects, and lack of overall beauty. Transformation: Warm light color is used as the basic color to highlight the "symbiosis of ancient and modern" landscape effect of the new and old bridges.

A total of 3,060 sets of new LED lighting fixtures were designed, 26,000 meters of cables were laid, and 4 distribution boxes were replaced. After the landscape is upgraded, the total power is reduced by 246 kilowatts, saving 400,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, and the electricity saving percentage is 47%, which is equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by 312 tons per year.

Yellow Garden Bridge - Flower Shadows Fading

Current situation: The lamps have serious light attenuation, the primary and secondary brightness relationship is unclear, there is a lack of connection with the surrounding environment, the light color is messy and lacks overall beauty, and it is not suitable for the overall landscape planning.

Transformation: Using cold light color as the basic color, it presents a "fading flower shadow" landscape effect of swaying yellow flowers.

A total of 3,235 sets of new LED lighting fixtures were designed, 44,000 meters of cables were laid, and 6 distribution boxes were replaced. After the landscape is improved, the total power is reduced by 110 kilowatts, saving 190,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, and the electricity saving percentage is 22%, which is equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by 148 tons/year.

Caiyuanba Yangtze River Bridge - Crossing the Changhong River

Current situation: The characteristics of the bridge are not outstanding enough, dynamic effects and mode control cannot be achieved, the power distribution system is not reasonable enough, and maintenance is inconvenient.

Transformation: Using warm light color as the basic tone, we focus on highlighting the theme color of the bridge, dynamically echoing the train movement, and fully expressing the landscape effect of the "Changhong Rainbow across the River".

Designed and installed 8,924 sets of new LED energy-saving lamps and lanterns, re-routed 30,600 meters of cables, and replaced 6 distribution boxes. After the landscape is upgraded, the total power is reduced by 132 kilowatts, saving 410,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, with a power saving percentage of 23%, which is equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by 320 tons/year.

Egongyan Bridge - Shuangmen Zhenjiang

Current situation: The characteristics of the bridge are unclear, the landscape effect is stuck, and it lacks overall beauty.

Transformation: Use warm light color as the basic color to highlight the landscape effect of "Double Gate Zhenjiang".

Designed and installed 4,694 sets of new LED energy-saving lamps and 288 sets of metal halide lamps, re-routed 28,200 meters of cables, and replaced or added a total of 12 distribution boxes. After the landscape is upgraded, the total power is reduced by 429 kilowatts, saving 590,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, and the electricity saving percentage is 60%, which is equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by 460 tons/year.

Jiahua Bridge

——Light and shadow lumen

Current situation: The light spots are obvious, the facilities are old, the light attenuation is serious, the mode control cannot be realized, and the overall aesthetic feeling is lacking.

Transformation: Using cold light color as the basic color, combined with the bridge body to show the beauty of the bridge body and the intention of blooming flowers, highlighting the "light and shadow lumen" landscape effect.

A total of 1,928 sets of new LED energy-saving lamps were designed, 13,500 meters of cables were laid, and 4 distribution boxes were replaced. After the landscape is improved, the total power is reduced by 43 kilowatts, saving 90,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, and the electricity saving percentage is 16%, which is equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by 70 tons per year.

Jialing River Bridge

Current situation: The primary and secondary relationship is unclear, lacks brightness levels, and cannot achieve dynamic control and mode control.

Transformation: The relationship between adjacent bridges and their own layers are opened up through the means of virtuality and reality, light and color, and the landscape effect of "correspondence between virtuality and reality" is displayed.

A total of 1,999 sets of new LED energy-saving lamps were designed, 8,500 meters of cables were re-routed, and 5 distribution boxes were replaced. After the landscape is improved, the total power is reduced by 68 kilowatts, saving 120,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, and the electricity saving percentage is 49%, which is equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by 93 tons per year.

Shimen Bridge

——Tongtian Suojiang River

Current situation: The lamps have serious light attenuation, the primary and secondary brightness relationship is unclear, there is a lack of connection with the surrounding environment, the light color is messy and lacks overall beauty, and it is not suitable for the overall landscape planning.

Transformation: Using cold light color as the basic tone, through brightness contrast and blanking techniques on both sides, the landscape strips along the river on both sides of the bridge echo the bridge body, highlighting the landscape effect of "Tongtian Suojiang".

A total of 2,961 sets of new LED energy-saving lamps were designed, 19,000 meters of cables were laid, and 10 distribution boxes were replaced. After the landscape is improved, the total power is reduced by 182 kilowatts, and the annual electricity saving is 400,000 kilowatt-hours. The electricity saving percentage is 48%, which is equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by 257 tons per year.

Yu-Ao Bridge (including light rail double-track bridge) - two bridges combined

Current situation: The landscape lighting expression method is too homogeneous, lacks layers, and cannot achieve dynamic effects and mode control.

Transformation: Focusing on the integration of the two bridges, the flow of light and shadow is used to express the interdependent characteristics of the two bridges, and a combination of movement and static is used to connect the lighting on both sides to highlight the landscape effect of the "two bridges combined". A total of 1,710 sets of new LED energy-saving lamps and lanterns were designed, 12,150 meters of cables were re-routed, and 6 distribution boxes were replaced. After the landscape is improved, the total power is reduced by 122 kilowatts, and the annual electricity consumption is 180,000 kilowatt-hours. The electricity saving percentage is 52%, which is equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by 141 tons/year
