The first smart model room is open for on-site experience of smart home

Recently, Broadlink joined hands with Vanke to build the first smart model room in Quanzhou Vanke City. The smart model room is approximately 140 square meters and was officially opened to the public on March 28.

Through the photos on Broadlink’s official WeChat, we can see that the smart model room in Quanzhou Vanke City is equipped with Broadlink smart sockets, smart remote controls, smart environment monitors, switch panels, electric curtains, smart cameras and other smart products, which can realize home security, home appliance control, scene linkage, etc.

According to reports, home buyers can now directly experience smart home products on-site. For example, in a model room, you can use the camera's human body sensing to complete a series of actions such as turning on lights, air conditioners, TVs, and water heaters to achieve human-machine linkage. You can also remotely control various home appliances set up inside through your mobile phone.

Broadlink CEO Liu Zongru said in an interview that in addition to Vanke, there are many real estate companies that cooperate with Broadlink, and the smart model room with Quanzhou Vanke City is the first one now and will be rolled out across the country in June.

In fact, smart communities and smart homes on the Internet of Things have been launched one after another last year. Previously, Alibaba Cloud announced a strategic cooperation with Vanke to realize the "Future Community" plan. Before Alibaba, Haier was also laying out smart community and smart home plans, trying to trial Haier U-home in the cloud community.
