Four new high-definition LED solutions, inheriting the same exquisite picture quality and easy installation
Optimized for use in corporate, virtual design review, showroom and high-end retail environments
On February 28, 2023, Sony launched four high-quality Crystal LED black crystal products, including the high-brightness, rich-color BH series (ZRD-BH12D and ZRD-BH15D) and the immersive experience CH series (ZRD-CH12D and ZRD-CH15D). They are specially designed for environments with high image quality requirements such as enterprises, high-end retail and exhibition halls. These two series of new Crystal LED black color crystal products will provide two pixel pitches of P1.2mm and P1.5mm, with excellent image quality and accurate colors, flexible installation and low power consumption, making them a reliable choice for commercial applications.
The BH series provides high brightness and wide color gamut, while the CH series provides excellent black performance, providing customers with flexible choices and can be customized according to customer needs, usage scenarios and budgets.

Exquisite picture quality
Sony's CrystalLED black crystal display has always adhered to excellent image quality standards. This product combines fine-sized LED chips with Sony's self-developed coating processing technology to achieve high-quality effects. The BH series has a high brightness of 1700cd/m2 and an SCE value of less than 5.0, ensuring clear picture quality in bright environments while reducing the impact of ambient light reflection; while the CH series can provide a brightness of 1300cd/m2, with Sony's black coating processing technology, an SCE value of less than 0.5, achieving a high contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1, providing an immersive visual experience.
CrystalLED black color crystal is equipped with X1TM high-definition processing chip, which can enhance the authenticity of the picture content and ensure smooth picture, clear and accurate picture, rich layers and no motion blur. This is the effect brought about by the processor's 22-bit super bit mapping technology, real creation and built-in functions such as MotionflowTM (double-speed driver).
As a modular solution, customers can choose the size and resolution of the display. The BH and CH series use fine-sized LED chips and Sony's self-developed coating technology to achieve wide viewing angles without unnatural color shift. New models are pre-assembled and calibrated before leaving the factory to ensure seamless splicing on site. After future firmware upgrades, the automatic color correction function can be enabled with Sony Alpha cameras. After replacing the module on site, the consistency of the display can be easily and quickly adjusted to achieve unified color management.
Flexible installation and convenient maintenance
The new product focuses on installation flexibility. The body is about 10% lighter and 10% thinner than the existing model, making it easier to carry out system integration installation*. In addition, the new model continues to use the ZRCT-300 display controller.
Fewer parts need to be assembled on site, saving 20% in installation time* compared to existing models. At the same time, due to the use of high luminous efficiency LED chips, power consumption is reduced by about 25%*. In addition, the display unit adopts a front maintenance structure, which is convenient and fast and can meet various installation environments.
The new BH and CH series are planned to be launched in April 2023.
