The National Small and Medium Enterprises Equity Transfer System announcement shows that the listing application of Jinan Samsung Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Samsung Lighting") has been approved and will be listed on September 20, 2023.

According to the official website, Samsung Lighting is a national high-tech enterprise focusing on cultural lighting and smart multi-functional poles. With program design, product research and development and intelligent manufacturing as its core advantages, Samsung Lighting provides new smart city comprehensive solutions for multiple scenarios such as smart lighting, smart cultural tourism, smart parks, and smart urban management.

The public transfer instructions show that Samsung lighting products include road lighting products, smart lighting products, landscape lighting products and other products.

Among them, road lighting products mainly include landscape street light series, ordinary street light series and street light fixtures; smart lighting products mainly include smart multi-function poles, smart street light series, smart garden light series and smart software platforms; landscape lighting products mainly include landscape light series, garden light series and garden light fixtures; other products mainly include lawn lights, tunnel lights, solar photovoltaic lighting series, urban furniture series, etc.

In terms of product application, Samsung lighting products have been applied to key national projects such as the Beijing Olympics, the Hangzhou G20 Summit, the Xiamen BRICS Conference, the Qingdao Cooperation Summit, the Beijing World Horticultural Expo, the Wuhan Military World Games, the Hangzhou Asian Games, and the Xi'an Games. In terms of performance, Samsung Lighting's operating income in 2021 and 2022 will be 365 million yuan and 268 million yuan respectively, and its net profits attributable to the parent company will be 22.539 million yuan and 22.2916 million yuan respectively.

According to the public transfer instructions, the top three sales customers of Samsung Lighting in 2022 are Opple Lighting, Zhongfen Yaming Construction Group Co., Ltd., and Shanxi Xinzichen Technology Co., Ltd., with sales of 11.0212 million yuan, 8.3129 million yuan, and 6.6278 million yuan respectively.
