Its business scope includes: engineering and technology research and experimental development; display device manufacturing; new material technology promotion services; optoelectronic device manufacturing; optoelectronic device sales; and other electronic device manufacturing. Equity penetration of Qichacha shows that the company is jointly held by Shenzhen Tianma A (000050), Xiamen Tianma Display Technology Co., Ltd. and others.

Not only that, Shenzhen Tianma announced on July 16 that the board of directors reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Joint Investment and Establishment of Joint Venture Project Companies and Related Transactions with Partners" and agreed to invest in Xiamen with the company's associate companies Xiamen Tianma Display Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianma Display Technology"), Xiamen International Trade Industry Co., Ltd., Xiamen Torch High-tech Zone Investment Service Center Co., Ltd., and Xiamen Xiang'an Investment Group Co., Ltd. to establish a joint venture project company in Xiamen to build a large-scale transfer toA full-process Micro LED test line for display modules, with a total project investment of 1.1 billion yuan.

Shenzhen Tianma has also invested in display projects with joint venture partners many times this year.

For example, on April 12, Shentianma issued an announcement announcing that the company plans to jointly invest 33 billion yuan with its partners to build the 8.6th generation new display panel production line project. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 19.8 billion yuan.

The main technology of this project is a-Si and IGZO technology dual-track parallel processing, with a monthly processing of 120,000 2250mm×2600mm glass substrates, targeting display applications such as automotive, IT displays (including tablets, laptops, monitors, etc.), industrial products, etc.
