The revenue scale has declined in the past two years, but net profit will achieve a year-on-year growth of approximately 2.5% in 2025, showing a stabilizing trend. During the reporting period, the gross profit margin of the main business remained at around 55%, and the profitability level was relatively stable. In the past three years, the company has distributed a total of nearly 700 million yuan in cash dividends.

In the LED display business sector, Baolun has continued to make efforts in recent years, and this business has become one of the company's important growth supports.

In 2025, Baolun's display terminal system will contribute approximately 346 million yuan in revenue, accounting for approximately 12.5% ​​of its main business revenue. The company's product line in the LED display field is relatively complete, covering indoor high-definition products such as small-pitch LED screens, COB series, and magnetic series, as well as outdoor and special form products such as full-color screens, rental screens, transparent screens, and flexible screens. Raised 1.583 billion yuan to invest in 5 major projects

With this planned listing, Baolun Co., Ltd. plans to raise approximately 1.583 billion yuan for projects such as production base construction, intelligent upgrades, R&D center expansion, and marketing network layout.

Among them, the upgrading and construction project of the headquarters R&D center is the largest investment project in this fundraising, with a planned investment of approximately 575 million yuan in raised funds, accounting for approximately 36.3% of the total raised funds. The marketing and technical support center construction project plans to invest approximately 371 million yuan in raised funds. The professional audio and video supporting equipment and electronic components production base construction project plans to invest approximately 269 million yuan in raised funds. The headquarters operation center and information construction project plans to invest approximately 220 million yuan in raised funds.
