According to reports, the LED optoelectronic equipment manufacturing base construction project is divided into two phases: the first phase invests 100 million yuan, using 5,000 square meters of standardized industrial plants to produce and process solar smart lamps, campus health lighting, smart agricultural equipment and other LED optoelectronic equipment, and carry out third-party services such as R&D and design, inspection and certification, energy conservation and environmental protection services. The second phase invests 200 million yuan to build the LED optoelectronic equipment manufacturing base in the northwest region of Langxing Technology, with an estimated annual output value of about 400 million yuan.

Data show that Ningxia Langxing Technology Co., Ltd. is an investment attraction enterprise in Pengyang County in 2022. Its headquarters, Xiamen Langxing Technology Company, is a national high-tech enterprise and a national intellectual property advantage enterprise. The company focuses on research and development, production, sales and engineering installation in the field of optoelectronics, and is engaged in testing services in the optoelectronics and lighting industries.

Bai Luming, chairman of Ningxia Langxing Technology Co., Ltd., said that since the company was put into production in March 2023, it has mainly developed and sold the two main business sectors of solar smart low-carbon street lamps and campus health lighting and eye protection lamps. By August this year, the current sales output value has exceeded 15 million yuan, and it is believed that it will become a regulated enterprise in September.

After several months of development, Ningxia Langxing Technology Co., Ltd. has also established some local demonstration model projects, including the new rural beautiful rural solar street light project and the campus healthy lighting and eye protection lamp projects. The company's development idea is to further promote the northwest (region) through demonstration projects.
