Mingyang Circuit applied for a Micro LED chip packaging patent, effectively reducing packaging costs

On December 4, according to the announcement of the State Intellectual Property Office, Shenzhen Mingyang Circuit Technology Co., Ltd. applied for a project called "A Micro LED chip packaging method", with the public number CN117153959A, and the application date is October 2023.

The patent abstract shows that the present invention discloses a packaging method for Micro LED chips, which includes: charging the packaging area in the carrier board; placing the carrier board inside the installation chamber, and inputting the Micro LED chip into the installation chamber under an inert gas atmosphere, so that the Micro LED chip is adsorbed in the packaging area.
