Jucan Optoelectronics (300708) announced at noon on August 22 that in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the investment project "Mini/Micro LED chip R&D and manufacturing expansion project" raised by the company by issuing shares to specific targets, the company plans to use all raised funds and part of its own funds totaling 1.14 billion yuan to increase capital in its subsidiary Jucan Suqian. After the completion of this capital increase, Jucan Suqian's registered capital will increase to 3 billion yuan, and Jucan Optoelectronics' shareholding ratio in Jucan Suqian will be 100%.
