Intelligent lighting company Vision and Sound Intelligence is listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange

On September 1, Guangzhou Vision and Sound Intelligence Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: Vision and Sound Intelligence) was listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange. In this listing, Vision Intelligence publicly issued 12.7 million shares, with a total post-issuance share capital of 50.681 million shares. The issue price was 10.30 yuan per share, and the total amount of new shares raised was 131 million yuan.

It is reported that the funds raised are mainly used for the construction project of the Vision and Sound Intelligent Industrial Park, the construction project of the R&D center, and to supplement working capital. Among them, the total investment amount of the construction project of the Visual Sound Intelligent Industrial Park is 77.8444 million yuan. After completion, it will achieve an annual production capacity of 530,000 units of smart home products and 300,000 units of video intercom products.

According to data, Videosound Intelligence was established in 2011 and specializes in intelligent equipment such as smart homes and video intercoms, as well as LCD screens and module products. The audiovisual intelligent business covers smart buildings, rail transit, smart homes, smart hotels, smart communities, smart medical and other application fields.

Vision Intelligence's smart home products mainly include six major areas: control and connection, smart home appliances, home security monitoring, home entertainment, smart lighting and energy management.

In 2022, the sales of smart home products of Vision Intelligence will reach 108 million yuan, accounting for 48.86% of total sales; followed by video intercom products, with sales of 57.8586 million yuan, accounting for 26.03% of total sales.

In terms of performance, the performance of audiovisual intelligence has gradually increased in recent years. From 2020 to 2022, Vision Intelligence achieved operating income of 175 million yuan, 228 million yuan, and 232 million yuan respectively; net profits attributable to the parent company were 19.6964 million yuan, 25.7859 million yuan, and 34.064 million yuan respectively.
