Huike Co., Ltd. restarted IPO coaching, and the GEM IPO was terminated half a year ago

Relying on four high-generation G8.6TFT-LCD production lines with different technical characteristics and four display terminal production bases, Huike has now achieved mass production and shipment of display panels for TVs, monitors, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, vehicles, industrial control and other application scenarios, and continues to expand electronic paper, New application areas such as medical and outdoor displays.

According to Qunzhi Consulting data, Huike's LCD TV panel shipments in 2022 ranked third in the world, monitor panel shipments ranked fifth in the world, and smartphone panel shipments ranked sixth in the world.

In addition, Huike Co., Ltd. is also developing Mini LED technology. On January 26, 2024, Yichang Huike Industrial Chain Docking Conference and Yifeng Optoelectronics mLED COB product lighting ceremony were held. After the production line reaches full production, it is expected to become the top three domestic electronic price tag production bases and the country's largest display equipment manufacturing base.

As far as we know , Huike Shares disclosed its initial public offering of stocks on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in June 2022 and listed its prospectus (application draft) on the GEM.

On August 2, 2023, Huike Co., Ltd. submitted the "Application of Huike Co., Ltd. to Withdraw the Application Documents for the Initial Public Offering of Stocks and Listing on the GEM" to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the sponsor submitted the "Application of China International Capital Corp. to Withdraw the Sponsorship of the Initial Public Offering of Stocks and Listing on the GEM". According to relevant regulations, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange decided to terminate the review of Huike's initial public offering and listing on the GEM.
