On March 25, silicon-based OLED microdisplay manufacturer Shiya Technology was officially listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange Science and Technology Innovation Board. The company's core product is silicon-based OLED micro display, and provides customers with value-added services including strategic product development, optical systems and XR overall solutions. It has independently developed and achieved mass production of the world's first 12-inch silicon-based OLED microdisplay device production line.
Mojo Vision received a strategic investment of 121 million yuan
According to reports, Mojo Vision, a developer of Micro LED microdisplay and optical I/O technology, recently announced that it has received a strategic investment of US$17.5 million (approximately 121 million yuan) from Future Ventures. This round of investment will further promote the research, development and commercialization of its Micro LED-based optical communication platform, focusing on next-generation AI infrastructure applications. The company has also recently reached a long-term cooperation with Marvell Technology to jointly develop Micro LED optical interconnect solutions.
ams OSRAM releases optical interconnect Micro LED array
On March 18, optical solutions provider ams OSRAM announced that its mature EVIYOS Micro LED technology has been successfully expanded into the next generation AI optical interconnect field. ams Osram demonstrated a Micro LED array prototype with ultra-low power consumption and high-speed transmission, and said that the company is steadily advancing into the product development stage.
Kopin wins another military full-color Micro LED development contract
On March 19, Kopin, a supplier of micro-display technology and optical systems, announced that it has received a Phase I Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract from the U.S. government to promote the research and development of new full-color, small-size Micro LED display technology to meet the needs of a series of man-portable applications.
Two major landscape lighting companies have won domestic and foreign cultural tourism projects
Recently, Lohmann and Spacetime Technology have successively won domestic and foreign cultural tourism projects, with a total order amount of approximately 187 million yuan.
Roman's subsidiary company signed a cultural tourism project contract worth approximately 126 million yuan with Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore to provide full-process services for immersive night tour facilities and accelerate the layout and digital transformation of overseas high-end cultural tourism markets.
Spacetime Technology, as a consortium, won the bid for the Keqiao water night tour project with a winning bid amount of 61.25 million yuan. It will supplement the company's orders, boost operating performance, and ease industry competition and profit pressure.

According to reports, Unilumin Technology’s Nanchang base production expansion project is entering a critical stage. At present, the display module production line has started debugging and mass production is imminent, marking the gradual transition of the project from the construction period to the production capacity release stage. Unilumin Technology will settle in Nanchang High-tech Zone in May 2025, with a total investment of no more than 600 million yuan, mainly based on the relatively complete local optoelectronic industry supporting capabilities.
The new Micro LED display panel project has completed raft pouring
According to the "Kunshan Development Zone Release" news, the Micro LED new display panel project of Naichuang Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. has completed raft pouring and is fully engaged in steel structure, electromechanical and other installation work. Nicron Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. is invested and established by Nictron Technology, the world's first company to achieve mass production of Micro LED. The project will officially start construction in February 2026 and is expected to be completed and put into operation in the second to third quarter of 2026.
Yongsheng Optoelectronics’ Mini LED and die-casting projects are accelerating construction
According to the “Jingjiang Release” report on March 22, Yongsheng Optoelectronics’ Mini LED display backlight, screen body and lightweight aluminum-magnesium alloy die-casting industrialization projects with a total investment of 5 billion yuan are accelerating.
Zhinu electronic display project started in Zhongshan Gangkou Town
According to the "Port Release" news on March 18, on the morning of that day, Zhongshan City's Gangkang Town held a centralized starting ceremony for key projects in the first quarter, and the Zhinu Electronics smart display project started simultaneously. The total investment of the project is 270 million yuan, with a total construction area of approximately 40,400 square meters. On March 18, Liyang Intelligent Lighting R&D and Manufacturing Project in Huangjiang Town, Dongguan was officially put into operation. The project is invested and constructed by Guangdong Liyang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 500 million yuan and covers an area of about 35 acres. It is positioned as the company's R&D and production base. Samsung launches new Mini LED TV series
On March 24, Samsung Electronics America launched a new Mini LED TV series, including M90H, M80H and M70H models. This series covers from 43 inches to 85 inches, and plans to launch the 100-inch M90H later this year to meet the trend of large screens.
