The total investment of the project is estimated to be about 1 billion to 1.5 billion yuan, and the project land is 300 acres. A wholly-owned subsidiary or the company's absolute holding company (holding more than 50% of the shares) established by Hongli Optoelectronics in Nanchang will be used for industrial base construction. Hongli Optoelectronics plans to achieve an annual output value of 1.5 billion yuan within three years after it is officially put into production and reaches full production. (The project investment scale still needs to be approved by the company’s board of directors and shareholders’ meeting.)
According to the cooperation agreement, Hongli Optoelectronics will receive preferential policies from the Nanchang Municipal Government: a total of 100 million yuan in output value realization incentive support funds; a total of 100 million yuan in production equipment subsidies; special subsidies for LED experience halls; talent introduction; and 500 million yuan in market support (including inclusion in the government procurement enterprise directory), etc. In addition, the Nanchang Airport Economic Zone Management Committee has reserved 300 acres of industrial land for Hongli Optoelectronics for three years. Hongli Optoelectronics will decide on industrial investment based on the construction and development situation.
The purpose of this investment is to accelerate the realization of the company's development strategy, take advantage of the preferential policies provided by Nanchang City in terms of talents, financial support, market support, etc., to alleviate the cost pressure faced by the company, enhance the company's overall competitiveness and profitability, and achieve the company's sustainable and healthy development.
