Hisense Video applies for patent for micro LED driver circuit

The patent abstract shows that this application provides a micro LED drive circuit, including: a signal generation module, a drive module and a micro LED; the signal generation module outputs a PWM signal based on the lighting control signal and the first comparison reference signal; the drive module is connected to the signal generation module, and the drive module includes a drive transistor and a control unit. One end of the drive module is connected to the power supply signal, and the other end of the drive module is connected to the micro LED. The control unit receives the PAMD signal and PWM signal and the second comparison reference signal. When the PWM signal is in the first level state, the superimposed signal of the PAMD signal and the second comparison reference signal is transmitted to the control end of the driving transistor; when the PWM signal is in the second level state, the second comparison reference signal is transmitted to the control end of the driving transistor; the micro LED is connected to the driving module, receives the conduction current and the light emission control signal, and emits light in response to the control of the light emission control signal and the conduction current.
