French businessman Ragni Group acquires German lighting company Hess GmbH Licht + Form

French economic and trade magazine Le MOCI reported on December 5 that French businessman Ragni Group recently announced the acquisition of German lighting company Hess GmbH Licht + Form, hoping to strengthen the group's European market position.

Ragni Group is a family-owned company headquartered in the Alpes-Maritimes province on the southeastern border of France. It specializes in providing public smart lighting solutions. Its brands include Ragni, Novéa Energies and Sevⓔ. After successfully entering the African market, it continues to strengthen its European business and expand international development.

Hess GmbH Licht + Form has steadily penetrated the market with its traditional brand Vulkan and is a pioneer in LED public lighting, including lighting for streets, road intersections, parking lots, pedestrian areas and public facilities. Ragni Group acquired Hess GmbH Licht + Form's current global business outside the Americas from Luxembourg's Expérience Brands Group, while its parts in the United States, Canada and Latin America are still managed by Hess USA, a subsidiary of Expérience Brands.

Ragni Group is currently prospering and is expected to have revenue of 100 million euros this year. This acquisition is fully in line with the strategic vision of ETI and will further consolidate its leading position in the European public lighting and urban utility market, especially in the German, Austrian and Swiss (DACH) regions, promote industrial synergies and expand its influence in Europe.
