Establishing two companies in succession, Yuanheng Optoelectronics expands its business territory

Recently, NEEQ enterprise Shenzhen Han’s Yuanheng Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Yuanheng Optoelectronics) issued two foreign investment announcements, announcing that it would invest in the establishment of two companies.

One of them is an overseas wholly-owned subsidiary. Yuanheng Optoelectronics pointed out that based on the needs of overseas business development and in order to further strengthen the company's core competitiveness in overseas markets, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Hong Kong Yuanheng plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, North American Han's Yuanheng Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: North American Yuanheng Optoelectronics) in the United States.

It is reported that the registered capital of Beidaheng is US$1 million, and its business scope includes the technological development of LED luminescent materials, LED indoor displays, LED outdoor displays, semiconductor lighting appliances, and sales of LED energy-saving products; urban and road lighting project construction; LED display project construction; LED lighting and lighting project construction; display device manufacturing and sales; lighting equipment manufacturing and sales, etc.

The other is a wholly-owned subsidiary. Yuanheng Optoelectronics stated that according to the company's strategic development plan, the company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in the Torch Development Zone, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province. The full name of the wholly-owned subsidiary is Guangdong Yuanheng Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Guangdong Yuanheng).

Guangdong Yuanheng has a registered capital of RMB 80 million, and its business scope includes the manufacturing and sales of display devices; the manufacturing and sales of optoelectronic devices; the manufacturing and sales of semiconductor lighting devices; and the manufacturing and sales of lighting appliances.

After the establishment of Guangdong Yuanheng, Yuanheng Optoelectronics will use Guangdong Yuanheng as the main investor, purchase a total land area of approximately 43 acres in the Torch Development Zone, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, and be responsible for operating the investment and construction manufacturing base project in the Zhongshan Torch Development Zone. The project construction content includes an R&D center and laboratories, a design center, an optoelectronic production base, a sales headquarters, and employee apartments.

It is reported that Yuanheng Optoelectronics was established in 2002. Its main business is solution design, product research and development, production, sales, engineering installation and delivery of LED display, LED transportation and LED lighting. At present, Yuanheng Optoelectronics has established three major R&D and production bases: the Greater Bay Area Headquarters Base (Shenzhen Headquarters), South China (Fujian) Manufacturing Base, and East China (Shandong) Manufacturing Base.

In the first half of 2022, Yuanheng Optoelectronics achieved operating income of 232.9274 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26.31%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 17.5488 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26.23%.
