cob product developed by Jingxin Technology integrates the light-emitting chip on the substrate, and is fully flip-flopped without cob leads. The contact area between the chip and the PCB substrate is larger, making it more reliable and stable. The cob design on display adopts the common cathode drive technology. The led cathode is connected in parallel as the common end, and the anode is used as the driving end. The overall circuit design has lower power consumption and temperature rise, and the product life is longer.
