Recently, Tianyancha’s official website showed that Zhoukou Yiyun Digital Technology Co., Ltd. was established on March 10. The legal representative is Bai Feng and the registered capital is 10 million yuan. The company is owned by BOE Holdings subsidiaries BOE Yiyun Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhoukou Xingyuan Investment Co., Ltd. holds 51% and 49% of the shares respectively.

The business scope of the company includes: lighting appliances; semiconductor lighting devices; electronic vacuum devices; calculator equipment; intelligent vehicle equipment; electronic special equipment; power electronic components; display devices, etc.
